Apple Music downloads

I have an active apple music subscription but whenever i try downloading music from my library, it doesn’t download, and shows no error messages whatsoever.

ive tried to contact Apple support 3 times via chat and 2 times via call but the solutions they offer only work temporarily and after i download 2-5 songs, i can’t download any others
