Disabling Hide my Email in Mail

I do not want a "Hide my email" option when composing new message in Mail. The new messages keep defaulting to that option unless I manually select my email as the "sender", and it is screwing up my ability to send emails to friends and family. How do I eliminate it as an option? I understand the benefits for signing up for newsletters, etc., but I do not do that from this account.
