How can I fix the "Data Cord Not Supported" message on my CarPlay?

All of the sudden when I got in my car today and plugged my iPhone 15 into my data cord for my car play, a message came up on the car screen that said this data cord is not supported. Okay so I unplugged my phone tired again , same thing, unplugged the cord same thing. When I got back home I tired an entirely different cord same thing.

Any suggestions??

My car uses CarPlay Sync 3 it is up to date

my phone is iPhone 15 pro which is up to date on software.

Thanks in advance

I just wanted to close this question and let any one who may have this problem know how I fixed it. First I made sure I had the latest iOS update. Then I went to my cars support page ( I have a ford) and learned how to determine if I had the lasted update to my sync which mine happens to be sync 3. It turned out there was a update after reading how to up and 5 minute later problem solved.
