Unable to transfer Apple music subscription to the correct iPhone

I connected my new headphones to another phone by mistake. And the subscription to Apple Music is now on another phone (not yet activated), is it possible to link them to the desired phone and get a subscription to Apple music on it, or will it disappear on both phones if I unlink them now? Thx
