Why can't Siri play my Apple Music playlist after upgrading to 17.5?

I upgraded to 17.5 and now Siri tells me Apple Music can not play my playlist. I open the app and can play it but not from voice command. This means I can not switch play list while driving. I can by voice ask her to play a specific song and she does. All the songs are loaded on my phone and have been for years I travel through some very low signal areas so streaming is not always practical.
