Animated Art in Apple Music Not Working On Wi-Fi.

My iPhone 15 Plus Will Just refuse to use animated art on Wi-Fi. it will only work when I’m connected to a 4/5G network. Why is this?? It even will work on a Samsung A5, and also any other iPhone my family owns.
