Find my quit working

My Find My app quit working 2 weeks ago. My sister just keeps spinning. My husband just list him at his work place and has for over 2 works. I rebooted my phone. Deleted and added back my users and it still comes up the same. Rebooted again multiple times. Still no results. What gives?
