Change default alert settings in Calendar on iPhone

Every time I create a new calendar event on my iPhone, I have to turn on the 2nd Alert function manually.

I know how to set a default "first" alert, but I would like to set a default second alert as well (1 hr before + 30 mins before, for example).  

How can I do this?
