Home App; Automations won't save

Apple Home has stopped allowing me to add or modify automations

I can only add more automations if I delete preexisting automation and I only have about 30 automations.

Since upgrading to iOS 26 I am no longer able to add or modify any of my existing automations. When I update or try to add a new automation I get an error "Could not complete operation" when I click the checkmark to save the automation.

This includes lights (multiple brands), sensors (Phillips and Aqara) and even multi-function buttons or switches to control scenes.

Annoyed apple has not responded. How do I submit a ticket for the home app?
