Free online chat with Mac Genius or any Mac Support Team

I just want to have an option to have a free online chat with any Mac Genius about technical issues.

My current issue:

I want to know how much it will cost to add 4 Gb of DDR-3 to MacBook Pro 13'
How long will it take and all the other corresponding things.
I don't want an appointment. I don't want any other useless steps etc.

No such program exists, you would need to call the Apple Store you want to use for this and ask, then if the price is right make a Genius Bar appointment and take it in.

Buying RAM from an Apple Store I can tell you it will be expensive and given the time of year you are probably looking at 3 - 4 days at best.

You would be far better off buying your own from a 3rd party vendor and installing it yourself. I get mine from here: http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.aspx?model=MacBook%20Pro%202.53GHz%20Inte l%20Core%202%20Duo%20%2813-inch%20DDR3%29%20MB991LL/A%20Mid-2009

Others have used Kingston, bought it from OWC, etc.
