Browse MAC App Store from iPad???

Weird question ... but is there anyway to browse (not buy) the selections in the Mac App Store from an iPad?

(I do most of my web time on my iPad rather than my Mac these days.)

If Apple doesn't provide a way to do this, does anyone know of a new website that is keeping track of hot Mac Store Apps, similar to what padgadget.com does for the iPad? Thanks!

Playing the devil's advocate:

While Boece is away from his Mac, and has some free time with his iPad, he would like to research some Mac OS X software. Is there a web page he can do that from, or is it included in the on-line Apple Store?

I do it on my iPhone while traveling. He appears to be looking for a URL to reach the MAS or someplace similar.

I mean basically the MAS and iTunes act as secure and restricted web browsers, with the added benefit of checking to see if what you already have is current, automatically.

MacinNW_Brent, thanks for getting the point of my question.

As an example, I'd like to know when iWork11-Keynote is available on the Mac App Store. But I don't want to fire up my Mac just to check ... when I'm already doing all my early morning website reading on my iPad.

I understand that Apple may never offer this service, but I was fishing for leads for perhaps another website that tracked the Mac App Store apps, like padgadget.com does for iPad apps.

Hi All,

for view the mac app store from your ipad, you can copy the link of the application in the app Kiss My Agent..

the start url of the web preview of mac app store is

http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewGenre?mt=12&id=39&cc=us&al readyRedirected=1

when you click a link of the page the next url is "http/....../http://phobos.apple....." (the page try to redirect you) so you nedd to trim the first part of that to see the next page (from the first http to the second)...

bye bye
