No. The iPad does not provide for any wired network connectivity (other than synching with iTunes on a PC).

Have you considered purchasing a travel wireless router? I use a travel router and it works great. I set the router up at home and when I stay at a hotel that only has a wired internet connection, I plug it in and instant wireless connection.
