iPhone 4 icons suddenly too large for screen. How do I return to original size without restore?

Double tap with THREE fingers to turn zoom off. Then go into Settings>General>Accessibility and turn zoom off for good.

Note that if you want to use zoom, three finger tap and drag to move the screen around.
Three finger double tap and drag up/down to zoom in and out.
