Exporting Mainstage Concert with Samples included

I have figured out how to export a mainstage concert to a backup mac but the one thing it is not doing is exporting the samples from some of the patches? Is there a way to export a concert that includes any EXS24 patches that include my samples?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.7), Mainstage, Exporting Concerts
