iPhone keeps losing wifi connection

My iPhone 3Gs keeps losing it's wifi connection while I'm using it, I can fix this by just turning it on flight mode or switching wifi on and off. But it's to much stress. I'm running on 4.3.3. Yes I have tried restarting the network connection. Please help
