Can't download Facebook Messenger on iPad
When I try to download the new Facebook Messenger for iPad, app store is giving me an error "Request could not be completed". Any ideas on this? Thanks!

As far as I can see the app isn't available in the Philippines (I can't find in the Philippines store, nor here in the UK, though it is in the US store). How are you searching for and finding it - the App Store app on your iPad, iTunes App Store on your computer ... ?
