Best documents (pdf, etc) note taking that sync with cloud?

Hi.

Does any of you use a note taker that considered really good? I need it to take notes on documents syncronized with my other iDevices.

For example, I want to access my documents on the cloud (like I do with Docs To Go through SygarSync) take notes on them and then save them back to the cloud so that when I get home I have them noted and ready to keep reading but on any other iDevice.

I've searched on the web but can't decent reviews that answer both questions, and I don't want to risk buying an app I later might found useless.
