Twitter App breaks when using multiple user accounts...

I have 2 accounts. In 1 account I use Twitter.

When I switch from 1 account (the one with Twitter) to the other account, and then back again Twitter seems to break, in that I can't navigate the user interface.

I'm sure this may well also be relevant in the Twitter community, but I thought I would raise it here first as it's within OSX Lion too.
