iPhone Headset/Earbuds that actually work (recommendation)?

You cant reall sweat around the iPhone headset (I've ruined two pairs running), I've purchased a third party set at the Apple Store but after two runs they were trash as well (even though they were advertised as 'waterproof'). Does anybody have a recomendation on a headset that has the microphone and can withstand long sweaty runs?

I really wish Apple would address this problem, a vast majority of people work-out with their headphones (****, even their new 4s commercial has a women running talking to Siri).
