You have options.
- keep looking until you find it
- wait until someone finds it and returns it. This actually happened to me.
- get a replacement iPhone from you cell company. I did this, got a regurbished iPhone for 1/2 price ($299). But returned it and go my $299 back when my original iPhone was returned to me by the finder.

If find my iphone is not running on your phone I am afraid there is nothing to do, except the usual, look for it and contact your insurance company 😟
