Question regarding note-taking apps

This has certainly been covered a million times already, but I'm finding the included notetaking app on iPad to be inadequate for my needs. I'm looking for an app that will allow me to type as well as use a stylus (primarily for editing), that will spell-correct as I type, and that will allow me to save and email notes (as Awesome Note does on the iPhone--though it's not available for iPad, it seems).

That said, I'd also like a recommendation for a reliable stylus for the iPad 2.
