My father bought my phone and they told him it was the 4s at Walmart with a 2 year contract but it was inly the iphone 4now I'm stuck with the iPhone 4 I'm not complaining I'm just upset how they can lie or give false information.what can I do ?I

Did the box not say 4S on it? If it's a new phone you can go back and get a refund if it's within the exchange period (usually a few days to 1 week). I don't see how anyone could mistake it as the box clearly says 4 or 4S.
But my dad isn't observant to look at the box and know it wasn't the 4s they even told him to buy a 4s case with it I'm I'm in a different state now.
The 4s and 4 cases are the same.
If he was sold the wrong iphone, then he would have to talk to Walmart anout it.

They will work on both iphone 4 and 4s
The iPhone 4S has the same button and mute switch layout as the Verizon iPhone 4. The buttons and switch on the AT&T 4 are slightly different. However, since most case manufacturers now make their cases to fit both iPhone 4 versions, most if not all new iPhone 4 cases will fit the iPhone 4S.
You should be able to take it back to any Walmart, not just the one you bought it from.
