I got my ipod wet,so i let it dry out for awhile,i then went and it came right on,i used it for about an hour,thenr the screen quit responding!! what can i do?

Put it in somewhere such as airing cupboard for some hours maybe overnight or even longer so it dries out completely
or try reset (press sleep+home buttons until it turns off and apple logo comes to screen)
It will power on and when i hit the home button,the lockscreen will show up,but i cant slide the slider to unlock it,like the screen wont respond to any touch,so i cant even turn it completely off
reset it by holding the home and sleep buttons and just ignore the slider till it turns off, you dont need to press anything on the screen

You should have let it dry for a week or so before trying to power it on. It is likely dead.
the thing isnt dead completely,cause i can still get the lockscreen to come on!! the only thing that wont work is the response to my touch!

It is not dead completely. It is still quite useless and is unlikely to get any better. it is likely water damaged.
is there anything i can do? like repair wise?
