It just makes me a little upset. I got it for christmas and its already gone. wth

Complain to WalMart. The Apple warranty does not cover accidental damage like a broken screen. Are you sure the WalMart warranty cover a broken screen? Very very warranties cover accidental damage.
So I'm the same as you. Just wondering if u got any answers? What are we supposed to do? Just put up another $200-$300??

try going to apple and ask for a replace if not get them to cancel the warrenty
What does Apple have to do with the problem? A broken screen is not covered by the Apple warranty. It appears the original poster (OP) has a supplemental warranty purchased through WalMart. It is a WalMart issue.

Its really too bad that people can't take care of their things and then they have to whine and snivle when the device gets broken. It's also sad that no one has enough common sense to read the fine print in the warranty.... But then I suppose they'd just whine about that too....
Ok I'm a little ****** off. My iPod touch 4G is broken and WalMart said i cant use the warranty until my one year warranty is over with Apple. And Apple doesn't replace cracked screens. So what am i supposed to do? I assume just wait?
