I want to forward it to someone and they can’t read a .mov file.
What are they using that can't read a .mov file, which is an open standard?
Not sure they are in australia and I just got a message saying they can’t read it.
No problem if I cant change the iphone settings I will open it and resave it in quicktime.

A MOV file is a QuickTime media container format.
If the recipient can view QT files, they should have no problem with a .mov file. And there are plenty of options to view a .mov file.
