Facebook Messenger has disappeared from my ipad. It is on my iphone. I hope someone can help me.

have you tried to go to app store and to purchases and reinstall it ?

I can't find the app in the app store. I see the Facebook Messenger for iPhone, but not the iPad. My husband has it on his iPad.
