When I take photos in HDR mode with my iPhone 4 iOS 5.1, quite frequently the image will have a sort of double-image effect with parts of the photo repeated and offset in really random ways. Is this because of slow shutter speed and shaky hands? Anybody else experience this and find a solution?

HDR takes a series of three photos in succession. If you move slightly while this is happening, or there is motion in the shot, you can get this double-image or blurring effect. You can turn HDR off and this won't happen, unless you need to use the HDR mode.
Is this improved or solved with iPhone 4s? Doesn't it have a shake-reduction feature?
The shake-reduction is part of the video. I don't believe it applies to regular photo taking. Again, it has to do with how HDR works taking multiple exposures. Any movement is recorded.
