A anti dust ear cap stuck inside the headphone jack of my iPad 2. Anyone know how to remove it?

Thank you for your idea. Although I didn't use needles. Instead I had use a curtain hook, something like a fish hook to remove the broken cap. First I try to use the hook to make some space at the side, so that my hook can stuck inside and so that it fasten it with the cap and I just pull it out.
