I dropped my iphone on concrete and it cracked. It stills works but i t hard to read. What do i do?

Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple store and take the broken phone and your credit card with you.
A replacement iPhone 4 will cost you US$149.
I hope you did not do what KiltedTim recommened because here in Los Angeles we can buy just a new screen for about $100. If you are a handy type person you can buy the screen and replace it yourself for a lot less.
Or you can buy a replacement screen, then find yourself paying for a new phone entirely. How much are you willing to risk?
It's entirely up to you, but if you are not experienced working with delicate electronics...
The iPhone OOW replacement will result in working phone with at least a 90 day warranty.
The $100 DIY replacement screen may work but there will be no warranty.
