Hello. I bought the phone model, iphone 4 online shop (ebay) locked to the operator Carrier Lab 11.0 I'm from India, and in my country it does not work with my operator please unlock thanks in advance

sorry to say this. you must not say the IMEI number anywhere in this forum. you got this phone ebay india or which country? is it factory unlocked phone you bought?
That's a risk you take when you buy from an unauthorized source. You will have to contact the carrier it is locked to and see if you can get it unlocked.
As far as this baseband is concerned you cannot unlock your iphone. 4.11.08? In which ebay you got this phone?
But i heard now, AT & T is unlocking all its off contract phones.....
so any one knows how to do that...
You heard wrong. AT&T will unlock phones, but one has to be a CURRENT customer.
