Photostream doesn't seem to copy ALL photos and videos.

I'm finding that the photostream isn't copying all of my photos or videos from my iphone or my ipad. It seems to always 'stop' at one particular photo. I've tried resetting it. I've tried doing a full re-boot of the device. Turning wireless on/off. I've tried turning photostream on/off. I've tried forcing icloud back ups.

And they've kind of worked in a sense that it erased everything and then started syncing again, but didn't sync any videos and only did a sync up to the same picture. All the new videos/photos that have been taken in the last couple days did not sync.

There's lots of room on icloud so i really don't know what it is.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions???

I'm completely frustrated and flabbergasted here......
