I dropped my iPhone 4S in the toilet. Now it won't shut off and the camera light stays on. What should I do?

I dropped my iPhone 4S in the toilet. I dried it and shook out as much water as I could. I removed the SD card and put everything in a bowl of rice. It is still in there and everything appears to be working normally, but it won't shut off and the camera light stays on. I've tried the restart thing where you press and hold the pwr button and the home button. What should I do?
