Time delay in iPhone 4s Camera

Let's say, i want to take a group photo, and I want to ne in the shot, is there a way of setting a five of ten second delay on the camera in the iPhone 4s?

Is there a software application that can add that functionality, (maybe)? 😊
This is so ridiculous. I switched from Samsung Galaxy to iPhone only to find out disappointments such as this simple option of no timer on camera. There must a fix that apple can offer.
The camera doesn't seem to have any options, timer, action shots, multi frame..... Pretty sad. I hope apple fixes or my next phone(s) may be different.
