I want to buy a MacBook pro retina in Colombia ... Just want to know the discount for students

It's a $200 discount when you buy directly from Apple in the US. Not sure if it's identical in other countries or if you'll get the discount if you buy from a 3rd party reseller.

Mine was only $100 off a MacBook Pro in the US with the student discount.

Did you purchase the MBP with Retina Display, or the regular MBP? The one with Retina display gives a $200 discount. Higher pricess has always meant larger educational discount.
