In installed Mountain Lion and now my Mac keep rebooting. I am getting an error that there is a problem with starting up. I am able to access my computer by using safe mode but as soon as restart it, it keeps rebooting once again. Please help.

After putting my iMac to sleep, I hear the hard drive reboot, but my screen does not come on.
Any ideas to solve?

My MacBook Pro keep restarting every now and then. I am sending all diagnosis report to Apple after reboot.

I am also having this same issue. After my computer wakes up from sleep I can use it for a minute and then it restarts out of nowhere... This has happened 4 times since I've updated to Mountain Lion- never seen the restart screen prior to the change...
Same here. My computer has hard booted all by itself twice since installing Mountain Lion on a 2010 MBP, when I'm in the middle of working.
I have the late 2008 MBP- but same problem... I hope it's the operating system and not a bigger problem.
Try booting in Safe Mode. Once you're in go to Finder > Macintosh HD > Library (root) >Launch Agents and Launch Daemons and delete both folders. Empty Trash Restart machine. Hope this helps.
In my case anytime my late 2009MBP 15 goes to sleep for a certain amount of time, it"ll popup a message saying my computer had to restard because of a problem.

Same thing here -- when I close my 15" MBP then later open it, it will have shut down. Have to hit the power button to restart then get prompted to send an error report. Never happened before upgrading to ML and has been getting worse over the last days (didn't happen before a week or so ago, and I upgraded on July 25, or whatever ML release day was.)
Same problem with my MBP 2011. Keeps restarting after I put it to sleep after I installed Mountain Lion. Any solution for this?

The trendmicro kext is likely the problem. Don´t know about the other one. You can probably start up in Safe Mode (boot with Shift-key) and uninstall the app from there, or check if there is an update to the program.

Boot on Safe Mode and then go into the library and get rid of TrendMicro files. There are other threads right now on this so do a quick search and give it a try.
Thanks ChronicMac! Looks like deleting Toast Titanium helped (not sure if it has connection with TrendMicro, but some other TrendMicro product is called Titanium as well), at least today my Mac has returned from night sleep without restart.
Will see how it will behave later.
Having the same issue, reboots every hour or so, no matter what is running or not. Glad I paid for a worse system than I had before.
When will Apple fix this, my system is not reliable anymore and it needs to be
abestiglec, did you try a clean install for the Mountain Lion? This is the fastest way to get rid of the apps that could be probably conflicting with the Mountain Lion. The only issue with the clean install is that you will need to backup your files and reinstall all the apps after it.
