I deleted a game on my Ipad thinking I could reload again later but it has disapeared from the Apps store. Can I get it back?

They may have deleted it from the app store or you simply can't find it. What is its name?
It was a free game called 100 floors
It is still in the app store, at least when I just looked (I just searched for "100 Floors" and it was right there).
Plus, you could go to your account's purchase history and get it from there.
Or if it is on your computer, sync you iPad to re-install it.
It is still in the App Store for iPhone. I did not see it for the iPad, if you had a HD iPad version.
However, the app was just updated for the iPhone yesterday so maybe was pulled for the iPad and it is being updated and maybe available later.
If not - do as Michael suggested and sync it back from iTunes on your computer .... But let me guess .... You don't have it in iTunes on your computer.
I am an older generation iPad user and still learning how to use it, and you are right, no iTunes on my computer. Lot to learn haven't I.
Hopefully it is being updated.

I would strongly suggest you install iTunes on your computer and regularly sync your iPad. That also backs up the contents so you have copies of things on your computer, should you ever need to restore something or even restore the entire device.
With anything that stores information electronically, IMO, backups are essential, not optional.
