Mac App Store - 3G/HSDPA/mobile (móvil) - English/Español

After a lot of searching for a solution for my problems with the Mac App Store I found this thread:
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3806799?start=0&tstart=0
Basically, there you can learn that if you're using a 3G/HSDPA connection you won't be able to download and install most apps in the Mac App Store EVEN AFTER HAVING PAID FOR THEM. And that's exactly my problem. I don't get a wired ADSL where I live and I NEED a 3G connection to get internet so, basically, I cannot download or install most of the Apps I've paid for. Curiosly enough, I don't have any trouble downloading official Apple Apps such as Aperture, Final Cut Pro X, Motion 5 or Compressor 4.
When using Lion, I got this error message:
"The application could not be downloaded. The installation could not be started"
Now, in Mountain Lion, there's no error. The app just pauses and relaunches automatically all the time in an endless loop.
Anyway, the thing is that in the post mentioned above there's the solution: using a VPN. One of the options offered is free, extremelly simple to use and available in many languages. It's called Hotspot Shield (http://www.hotspotshield.com/vpn-for-mac). Basically, Hotspot Shield encryps and redirects ALL your computer traffic to a private server in the US, so it provides you a true safe and anonymous surfing. It really should be safe, because there's a version of Hotspot Shield available for iOS devices, so Apple must have had to review its functionality. The funny thing is that, when using Hotspot Shield you can download ANY app in the App Store even when using a 3G/HSDPA/mobile connection.
I had to do a lot of searching and Googling to find the solution. I just hope this post helps other people in my situation to find the solution quicker and easier. This situation has been going on for months and Apple SHOULD BE ASHAMED for not having moved a finger to solve it but, at least, we may have a "B pal" in the meantime.
Regards.

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3806799?start=0&tstart=0
Saludos.
