Are there any apps that can help me build an app that does not involve coding?

I am part of a research project that tests different methods of teaching elementary school children reading comprehenshion. We are trying to build an app that would allow us to show the student four pictures on one page, and have them able to choose one in response to a question. We would also like for the app to be able to compile the data (how many times each picture is chosen on each page) into a table.

The problem is that none of us know how to write code. Is there any app that would allow us to build something like this without having to write code?
