new iphone and new computer. I have re-downloaded everything but the ringtones. And the worthless reprobates that setup technical support on the apple.com website don't seem to provide any answers. Can anyone help?

go to settings<sounds<ringtones<buy more tones<purchases and redownload purchased tones.
if this doesnt work, expresslane.apple.com for itunes support to request another download of the tone be granted.
