iPhone configuration utility will not load since upgrading to iTunes 10.7, iPhone configuration utility will not load since upgrading to iTunes 10.7

I am running Windows XP SP3 (32 bit) and upgraded iTunes to 10.7 this morning. Since upgrading iTunes, the iPhone Configuration Utility will not run; when I click on the icon, I get an hourglass for a second then nothing. Does anyone know of a fix for this or where I can download iTunes 10.6.3 32-bit?

If you don't have an iPhone 5, this solution will work for you. You'll need the MobileDevice.dll file from AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi if you use a 64 bit version of Windows.

If you have an iPhone 5, your SOL until Apple updates ICU.

iPhone Configuration Utility 3.6 has just been released via Software Update and via manual download at http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1466.
