After downloading IOS 6 yesterday, I have been unable to download any apps to my iPAD 2. The download also disabled my Zillow App. Any ideas??

Try a reset:
1. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together)
2. For about 10 seconds
3. Until you see the Apple logo (very important)
4. Ignore the red slider
Same problem here......I updated some apps.....and it's been 12 hours....the updating has finished !!!
Also downloading an app ....and still downloading!!!but the "downloading bar" still not moving......

Still no help. I tried the reset, but I am getting the same result. The App Store asks for my sign in, then does nothing.
1. Double-click the Home button to reveal the Task Bar
2. If you see the App Store icon, hold it down for a second or two and tap the minus sign to close app
3. Tap the area above Tas Bar to return to the Home page
4. Try downloading again
Same result. The app looks as though it is going to download, then the App Store asks for my sign-in, then reverts back to the original screen where I download from. No download occurs.
Hi, I am having this same problem since updating to iOS 6, except it wants me to create 3 security questions. I have tried to do this over and over but it reads "session timed out". I cannot download anything! We're you able to fix your problem? And if so, how?
I was finally able resolve my problem by downloading my app to iTunes, then synchronizing between the two, thanks to Apple Support. The only problem is that now I can only download new apps by first downloading to iTunes, then synching my devices. Too bad!!
I'm having this issue but with my iPhone 4. Every time I try to download a new app or one of the apps compatible with Passbook it has me put my password in everytime and then says an error has occurred. I can't get past it. I can only download apps I've previously purchased that aren't currently on the phone.
Would the suggestions above help for my phone as it did for the iPad?

UPDATE----
So I did try that trick of holding down both buttons until the phone turns off and the Apple logo shows on the screen. I went to Passbook and then clicked the button to take me to the app store for passbook and tried again the American Airlines app. As before it asked for my password but it's actually downloading like it's suppose to. It's taking a while to download but it's at least working.

The best way to solve this problem on my iPAD 2 was to sign out of iTunes and sign back in. That solved my problem. Also, now my iPAD 2 seems to be losing my bookmarks. The solution to that problem is to power down the IPAD 2 other power back up. I don't know what is causing this though.
