IPhone 4 upgraded 6.0 no voice with maps
Updated to 6.0 and Maps not providing voice directions.

Read up on the detaila of what is implemented. Not all countries have voice assisted turn by turn navigation - at least not yet. There is a road map and some countries are in the pipleline to get this.
