Exchanged iPhone 5, now no LTE option in settings?

I got an iphone 5 last sunday but there was a problem so I went to the store and exchanged it today at the genius bar, however it seems now I am not getting LTE. Before, in the settings, there was an option called "enable LTE" now the option reads "enable 3G". I cant seem to find an option to turn on LTE anymore. My plan/carrier supports it as on the phone I exhanged today, I had LTE and was using it. I am on Fido in Toronto. Anyone know how I might be able to get the option back? Thanks

I would recommend that you reset your network settings.

Resetting Network Settings for iPhones

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Key in Passcode (If Any) > Reset Network Settings

Note: This will not delete any data from your iPhone. Only network settings will be reset. All Wi-Fi Hotspots that you have connected in the pass will also be reset.
