I have an Iphone 4s factory unlocked. I got At&t again and after updating to iOS 6.0 my iphone its not working propertly. I dont have the carriers option nor Im able to face time using cellular data. Any suggestions!?

Do you have an AT&T carrier file number showing? The only time you can use Facetime on AT&T cellular is if you are using one of their Shared Data plans. While they have not locked your phone, it appears their carrier file is in control of your device when you have the AT&T SIM card in there.
Your iPhone was not factory unlocked it has been hacked
which is why it reverted to AT&T on updating

I have the received from an Apple store were i bought it.. So i have to ppen a claim whit At&t!??
No if you have bought it as original from Apple as unlocked, then take your proof of purchase and go to the Store or call Applecare and discuss this through with them. I assume you are sure, you have nought it in an AppleRetailStore and not just from a reseller who broke it for you.
If you purchased an unlocked iPhone rather than a sim free iPhone from the Apple store then
it should not lock to AT&T .Are you sure you did not buy sim free rather than unlocked
Very different and updating will lock back to a carrier if not unlocked through iTunes
