When someone calls, the sound is muffled, sounds like a very low bit-rate call. All the volumes are up as high as they go, and i can take the call in a quiet room and it sounds the same (so not the noise-cancelling part).

I have the same problem and ive had a replacement phone but this one is the same with low call volume,

Ok after some web searches and no resolution, I took advantage of my user rights (sale of goods act for the uk).
Arranged for tech support to call me and we arranged a replacement.
New phone arrived.
