Hi my daughter was walking and someone like pushed her and her phone fell out of her hand on to black top and the screen cracked. She had a case and a screen proctector on but it didn't help much.

No, it will have to be an out-of-warranty replacement. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not accidental damage which is an insurance issue. If it has Applecare+ this may be covered under the $49 per incident cost.
