using the phone's internet connection on your iPad or transfer data between them?
Generally speaking iOS and Android do not mix very well 😉
download wifi file transfer app on your android device
that's the only way to transfer stuff from your phone to ipad
similarly download a wifi file transfer app for ipad from itunes
only if you want to transfer any stuff to your phone from ipad 😉
What I need to do is to be able to transfer files between my samsung and my IPad. I tried to use the bluetooth and IPad can see the samsung before to pair them together but after that impossible de connect them.
I will try the WIFI FILE TRANSFER to see if it will solve my problem.

Bluetooth file transfer is not supported by iOS (except between other iOS devices using an appropriate app).

What does it mean "Bluetooth file transfer is not supported by iOS (except between other iOS devices using an appropriate app)"? Apple devices cost starting from 500 EUR and they can't provide bluetooth file transfer between iOS and the other operating systems???!!! Disgustingly. I think I'm not going to buy Apple devices anymore.
