iphone 5 app screen size

hi everyone! I really dissapointed about apps for my iPhone 5!

actually about app screen size!

In iTunes Store apps have a system require right? In popular games system require is "App optimized for iphone 5 srceen".

But after downloading i still watch to black stripes on the edge of screen 😟

why this happening? developers lying to users and it`s so sad 😟
