GSM (AT&T is iPad 3,2)
WiFi only is iPad 3,1
CDMA (Verizon is iPad 3,3)
I live in Belarus, but we have no CDMA standart; still, I have a Verizon iPad.

Yes. Just note that there is no WiFi-only iPhone, and note that it will be 4,2 and 4,3 instead of 3,2 and 3,3
