No sound on iPad 3 only headphones

I have no sound on my iPad 3 16GB WIFI IOS 5.1.1

When i turn volume up and down it says it's the headphones sound.

I tried to restores all the definitions and then i had sound for 5 minutes or less.

In the 5 minutes i had sound when i tur the volume up or down its working but aftar 5 minutes the sound goes off and the volume buttons when press says thats the headphones volume i'm changing.

Please help.
